We spend a lot of time in our kitchens, whether it be for just plain cooking or for entertaining friends and family. In the past many kitchens were designed with smaller cooking areas and a separate dining room. Things have drastically changed and now large open concept kitchens with an island and a place for the dining table is the norm. We like to cook and entertain at the same time. This can be difficult to do with small closed off spaces. The most common kitchen renovation we do is to remove one or more walls to create a large open space. Clients want to use the dining room space that has typically been reserved for the fine china and special occasions into a room they use every day. Some walls can easily be removed, but others are weight bearing and require engineered beams. But the cost of these beams have become very affordable and can be engineered to carry most any weight with very little space required. Let’s get started on making your traditional kitchen functional, fun, and fabulous.
The financial and testing requirements vary greatly between these classes. A Class A license requires the greatest financial stability and more rigorous testing than the other classes. We are also insured with General Liability and Worker’s Comp insurance. Most contractors carry General Liability insurance, but many are not required by law to carry Worker’s Comp. This can result in your homeowner’s policy being liable for damages if a construction worker gets hurt during your project. We eliminate this concern, which gives you peace of mind while we are at your project.
Our Residential Construction Services range from porches and decks to large custom homes and additions.
