Many clients today are opting to stay in their home instead of buying or building a new home, understanding that location is one of the most important, if not the most important factor in choosing where to live. The school system that your children attend, proximity to shopping and entertainment, distance to your work and church, what parks and recreation venues are close by, or just the feel of the neighborhood are just a few reasons the location of your home is so important.
