Residential Construction
Construction Marketing LLC is a Class A licensed contractor in the state of VA. But what is a Class A contractor? Unless you are in the construction industry this Class A distinction may not mean anything to you. The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation classify contractors into three classes: A, B, or C.
- A Class C license can do a single project up to $10,000.
- A Class B license can do a single project up to $120,000.
- A Class A license can do a single project of any amount.
The financial and testing requirements vary greatly between these classes. A Class A license requires the greatest financial stability and more rigorous testing than the other classes. We are also insured with General Liability and Worker’s Comp insurance. Most contractors carry General Liability insurance, but many are not required by law to carry Worker’s Comp. This can result in your homeowner’s policy being liable for damages if a construction worker gets hurt during your project. We eliminate this concern, which gives you peace of mind while we are at your project.
Our Residential Construction Services range from porches and decks to large custom homes and additions. We also do Light Commercial Construction Projects which include door replacements, interior renovations, and routine maintenance. Some of our satisfied clients include Orvis and Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital.
